Conformations of goods
a) The manufacturer reserves the right to make the goods, without any obligation to notice to the buyer , any change of material or technical specifications.
b ) Illustrations , photographs , descriptions, catalogs relating to the goods shall be construed as general indications and are not necessarily exclusive bond corresponding to the actual conformation of the products.
Shipping and delivery
a) The goods travel at the risk of the buyer even if ex-works. To the care and the responsibility of the recipient is, therefore, entitled to check the status of the materials at the time of delivery, damage must be challenged to the last carrier making the delivery , if prevented the immediate control of the commodity sign clearly as follows " withdraws the goods subject to control” According to art. 1698 cc you have 8 days time to claim the damage to the carrier in case of non-compliance the company is not liable for damages.

Warranty
a) The manufacturer guarantees goods for the duration of n 1 years from the date of purchase. Electrical parts and supplies are excluded from warranty . The intervention by a third party without the written permission of the manufacturer is considered tampering, which will void the warranty.
b ) The transport and assembly of the parts under warranty are to be borne by the recipient.
Payments
a) will be determined at time of order
b ) No payment shall be valid unless made directly to the address of the manufacturer via transfer or ri.ba .
c ) In the event of late payment the manufacturer can apply the commercial interest for late payment.
d) In case of dispute , the buyer has no right to delay or refuse payment of due invoices.
e) The deferred payment sales are made subject to the property by the producer until full payment .
f ) For order of amounts lower than € 200,00 taxable , fixed cost management orders € 5,50.
Jurisdiction
a) In the event of a legal dispute will be settled by the Court of MILAN
